Ordering

 

There is still no minimum order value but unfortunately due to increases in postal charges (sizes and weights etc) the minimum charge for postage is £1.50.

Payment

There are currently 2 ways in which you can place an order:

By cheque:

I can only accept cheques and postal orders which are drawn on a British Bank in £ Sterling only please. If you wish to pay by cheque you can print off the order form and send the completed form with your payment to:

By paypal/credit card

Alternatively, you can email me with your order and in return I will send you a paypal invoice. (All major forms of credit card are accepted and you do not have to open a paypal account to use this method of payment).

 

Postage Rates:

For UK Customers:	Orders up to £40.00	please add £1.50
	Over £40.00	please add £2.50

 

For Overseas Customers:

Please email me for costs - airmail, or surface mail if you prefer, will be charged at the current Post Office rates.

 

All items will be posted in the UK by Second Class post and by Airmail for outside the UK. I always obtain proof of posting but if you want the item sent with insurance, with tracking or by another method then please let me know as these will, unfortunately, incur extra charges. Should a parcel go missing in the post I will happily forward the proof of posting note to you so that you can make a claim against the Post Office.

Despatch of Orders:

Stock is normally despatched within 2 - 14 working days from receipt of order. If items are out of stock we will keep it on back order unless you advise otherwise, or in the adverse case that it is end of line, you will be refunded. Depending on workload individually knitted items may take longer; you should allow at least 6 weeks from date of order.

 

Return Policy:

I always aim to give you complete satisfaction, however, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase my returns procedure is as follows:- 
If an item is damaged in the post you must return the items with the original packaging.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of goods however, buyers must contact me during this 14 day period.
Buyers are responsible for the return postage and packing costs.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will refund or replace as per your request.

PRIVACY

Any personal information given to us is held in the strictest confidence.  We only use your information to fill your order.  We do not sell or share it with anyone or any company or business.  We do not receive or store any personal financial information.  We us PayPal as our online payment system for their high security.  At no time are credit/debit card numbers held or shown in clear text within our web site.
